Aufgaben
- Deliver on-site support to employees and clients
- Provide remote support to regional agencies
- Maintain deskside operations and meeting room AV
- Build strong relationships with business users
- Empower users to maximize technology tools
- Log all engagements into a ticketing system
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Administer user accounts and IT assets
- Resolve level 1 and 2 technical incidents
- Monitor third-party security during service engagements
- Escalate complex issues to infrastructure teams
- Coordinate simple user and office relocations
- Document procedures for the knowledge base
- Deploy hardware and software to end users
- Manage break-fix and warranty replacements
- Oversee IT procurement and lifecycle management
- Implement global IT standards locally
- Troubleshoot devices and manage cabling
- Test infrastructure before and after deployments
- Facilitate network and server hardware refreshes
- Review local software licensing demand
- Provide out-of-hours support when necessary
