IT Support Analyst(m/w/x)

Desktop/laptop support for Windows/Mac systems, configuring Windows/iOS devices at a global tech services innovator. Experience troubleshooting Windows/iOS required, Mac OSX advantageous. Support for diverse enterprise IT environments.

Anforderungen

  • Troubleshooting, installing, and upgrading in Windows 7/10 enterprise environments
  • Troubleshooting in Mac OSX environment (advantageous)
  • New system deployment (setup, imaging, software installation, data migration)
  • Resolution of hardware driver conflicts, user profile corruption, and OS errors (Mac OSX, Windows 7 & 10)
  • Symantec, SCCM, and Bitlocker encryption troubleshooting
  • Local and networked printer configurations
  • Software installations
  • Conference and meeting support
  • Troubleshooting systems or client-approved meeting software
  • Remote access support
  • Mobile device configuration and deployment (iOS/Android)
  • Knowledge Base Article management assistance
  • Processing security requests (malicious software, vulnerability investigations)
  • IT Service-desk related tasks
  • Fluent German language knowledge
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Associate’s Degree, technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of basic hardware and software products
  • Diagnostic/problem solving skills
  • Ideally 2-3 years work experience in computer systems or IT support
  • Ability to lift/move/set-up computer equipment

  • Troubleshoot and configure Windows and iOS devices.
  • Lift, move, and set up computer equipment.
  • Provide desktop and laptop support for Windows and Mac.
  • Assist users in solving IT problems.
  • Support, install, and maintain local area networks.
  • Support, install, and maintain OS, software, and peripherals.
  • Install and support hardware components for users.
  • Install and support software components for users.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Test IT equipment.
  • Evaluate system configurations.
  • Evaluate software to optimize hardware use.
  • Provide positive customer experiences.
  • Use ServiceNow daily for tickets and escalations.
  • Troubleshoot, install, and upgrade Windows 7 and 10.
  • Troubleshoot Mac OSX environments.
  • Deploy new systems.
  • Set up, image, and install new system software.
  • Migrate data for new system deployments.
  • Resolve hardware driver conflicts.
  • Resolve user profile corruption.
  • Resolve operating system errors (Mac OSX, Windows).
  • Troubleshoot Symantec, SCCM, and BitLocker encryption.
  • Configure local and networked printers.
  • Provide conference and meeting support.
  • Troubleshoot conference systems and meeting software.
  • Provide remote access support.
  • Configure and deploy mobile devices (iOS/Android).
  • Manage Knowledge Base articles, including proofreading and feedback.
  • Request revisions for existing Knowledge Base articles.
  • Ensure comprehension of Knowledge Base article content.
  • Process security requests.
  • Investigate malicious software and vulnerabilities.
  • Handle additional IT service desk tasks.
