- •Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of IT systems
- •Inspect and prioritize systems for optimal performance
- •Provide effective solutions for software and hardware issues
- •Respond to user inquiries with step-by-step guidance
- •Record technical issues and solutions in the Knowledge Management System
- •Update knowledge articles with relevant information
- •Train and educate end users on IT systems
- •Handle ServiceNow tickets
- •Assist with software deployment and related issues
- •Support Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems
- •Provide assistance with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- •Guide users on assigned IT devices and software
- •Support standard and non-standard hardware devices
- •Perform basic hardware support for desktops and laptops
- •Provide Smart Hands support for various devices
- •Support meeting room equipment and network cabling
- •Manage document assets and knowledge maintenance
- •Oversee stock management of IT goods
- •Conduct end user training and education
