- Very good Workday knowledge; experience with Sage and Interflex advantageous

- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Aufgaben
- Manage the entire HR administration process from onboarding to offboarding
- Create all necessary documents for the employee lifecycle
- Maintain employee master data in Workday
- Ensure high data quality in Workday
- Prepare all relevant documents for payroll
- Generate insightful HR reports
- Support HR controlling activities
- Serve as a reliable contact for employees and managers on HR administrative matters
- Contribute innovative ideas to HR processes
