- Manage documentation and background checks
- Draft labor contracts and termination orders
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Handle employment and change letters
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Resolve employee inquiries and issues
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Coordinate with external HR partners
- Contribute to various HR initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and data analytics
- Manage performance review tracking and setup
- Oversee daily office operations
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate business trips and travel arrangements
- Assist with organizing team events
