- •Coordinate onboarding schedules and team events
- •Manage training communication and update employee information
- •Collect and prepare data for monthly payroll processing
- •Process employee time recordings and absences
- •Maintain all personnel data within the Workday HRIS
- •Draft employment contracts and termination documents
- •Manage master data maintenance and HR administration
- •Support employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
- •Assist with process optimization and digitalization projects
- •Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports
