- Maintain all personnel data within the Workday HRIS
- Draft employment contracts and termination documents
- Manage master data maintenance and HR administration
- Support employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
- Assist with process optimization and digitalization projects
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports
