- •HR support for technical teams

- •Experience with core HR domains
- •Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
- •HR related experience
- •Experience in manufacturing or regulated facilities
- •Familiarity with industrial HR challenges
- •Master’s degree in HR or IR
- •HR experience in tech start-ups
- •Knowledge of Snap Inc products

- •Collaborate with Legal to build manufacturing and clean-room HR policies
- •Implement new HR processes to support business growth
- •Drive talent initiatives that enable high performance and operational excellence
- •Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters
- •Coach executive leaders on values and leadership behaviors
- •Deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
- •Model and reinforce the company's core cultural values
