Aufgaben
- Develop and refine corporate strategy
- Design Business Unit and Sub-Business Unit strategies
- Lead strategic planning, execution, and controlling
- Track and steer strategic initiatives
- Challenge value creation processes
- Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO
- Support functional strategies (Finance, Operations, HR, Commercial Excellence)
- Coordinate with Corporate Development and Strategy
- Prepare and present board and supervisory board reports
- Conduct scenario analyses and financial modeling
- Manage strategic transformation programs
- Support organizational development
- Build and lead Market Intelligence function
- Conduct M&A and JV activities
- Perform M&A screening and valuation
- Develop strategic analyses and integration concepts
