- Drive disciplined strategy execution across the organization
- Define global product and portfolio strategy
- Define portfolio scope and differentiation
- Steer cost structures for portfolio profitability
- Steer alumina sourcing strategies for profitability
- Steer asset competitiveness across regions
- Set global R&D and innovation priorities
- Guide global R&D and innovation priorities
- Optimize alumina-based systems
- Develop new formulations
- Identify alternative raw materials
- Lead footprint optimization initiatives
- Lead M&A initiatives
- Make capacity and investment decisions
- Ensure alumina supply security
- Develop alumina supply partnerships
- Drive cross-functional execution and governance
- Align Supply Chain, R&D, Operations, and Marketing
