- Support strategic regional projects
- Shape projects with key functions
- Structure problems and gather data
- Develop and communicate actionable recommendations
- Prepare for WEC and Leadership Team meetings
- Lead launch readiness reviews
- Assist the Country President with business reviews
- Coordinate with functions for regional requests
- Organize and prioritize critical issues for decision-making
- Co-lead yearly strategic planning with country leadership and Finance
- Coach newly appointed members of the International European Leadership Team
