• 15 years experience in financial controlling
• Proven track record in M&A
• Experience in global high-growth environments
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools
• High data literacy and dashboard experience

Aufgaben

• Oversee global financial planning and analysis
• Manage the FP&A Manager
• Lead budget KPI and reforecast processes
• Write monthly performance and gap analyses
• Prepare Executive Committee presentations
• Provide cross-functional financial analysis
• Partner with regional and global department heads
• Support leadership with strategic decision-making data
• Manage consolidations and multi-entity reporting
• Handle transfer pricing and intercompany eliminations
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards
• Screen and challenge M&A acquisition cases
• Support financial due diligence and valuations
• Lead integration of acquired companies
• Coordinate with Group Treasury and Shared Services
• Advise Country Managers on finance topics
• Communicate global requirements to local teams
