Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- •CFA or ACCA certification as a plus
- •15 years experience in financial controlling
- •Proven track record in M&A
- •Experience in global high-growth environments
- •Advanced proficiency in financial tools
- •High data literacy and dashboard experience
- •Strong organizational and leadership skills
- •Resilience and ability to prioritize
- •High integrity and ethical values
- •Cross-cultural influence and communication skills
- •Fluency in English and local language
- •Fluency in German as strong advantage
- •Valid work permit for residence country

- •Oversee global financial planning and analysis
- •Manage the FP&A Manager
- •Lead budget KPI and reforecast processes
- •Write monthly performance and gap analyses
- •Prepare Executive Committee presentations
- •Provide cross-functional financial analysis
- •Partner with regional and global department heads
- •Support leadership with strategic decision-making data
- •Manage consolidations and multi-entity reporting
- •Handle transfer pricing and intercompany eliminations
- •Ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards
- •Screen and challenge M&A acquisition cases
- •Support financial due diligence and valuations
- •Lead integration of acquired companies
- •Coordinate with Group Treasury and Shared Services
- •Advise Country Managers on finance topics
- •Communicate global requirements to local teams
