Head of Sales Customer Experience(m/w/x)
Coaching Solution Sales Executives on enterprise SaaS sales for SAP's cloud software. 3+ years first-line leadership experience required. Constant learning and skill growth opportunities.
Anforderungen
- 3+ years first-line leadership managing enterprise SaaS sales teams
- 9+ years enterprise software sales experience (CRM, CX, martech, or eCommerce)
- Exceeding quota and orchestrating complex sales cycles
- Deep process expertise (lead-to-cash, order-to-cash, service-to-resolution)
- Experience working with partners, digital agencies, system integrators in CX ecosystem
- Scaling customer footprint and market share profitably
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline
- Strong command of forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection
- Excellent written/verbal communication (German and English); executive presence
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; producing data-driven reports/presentations
- Collaborative, coachable, effective in matrixed, virtual environment
- Resilient under pressure; managing complexity and ambiguity in long sales cycles
- Deep understanding of CX solutions and articulating value to business outcomes
- Background verification with external vendor

- Elevate team performance and growth
- Coach and develop Solution Sales Executives
- Foster a culture of collaboration
- Share insights with peer leaders
- Role model SAP’s leadership principles
- Lead CX business for the region
- Drive ACV, pipeline generation, and profitability
- Instill world-class sales discipline
- Drive ERP-to-CX co-sell motions
- Ensure customer adoption and expansion
- Serve as primary escalation point for CX sales
- Recruit and manage team performance
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline
- Drive rigorous forecasting discipline
- Participate in regular business reviews
- Drive net-new, upsell, and cross-sell motions
- Partner with Customer Success for renewals
- Collaborate with ERP and Industry Sales Leaders
- Expand into new logos
- Generate demand with Marketing and Pre-Sales
- Increase market coverage
- Accelerate deal cycles
- Inspect deals for quality and risk
- Ensure adherence to sales excellence standards
- Provide data-driven feedback on market trends
- Build executive relationships with key officers
- Position SAP as a trusted advisor
