Associate Director, SAP Sales Executive(m/w/x)
Selling S/4HANA/RISE and BTP services for mission-critical client systems. 7+ years of SAP sales experience with deep platform knowledge required. Global client engagement, strategic portfolio expansion.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of successful sales experience in SAP
- Deep knowledge of SAP platform and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA/RISE, SAP ECC, BTP, Ariba, MDG
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with understanding of financial management
- Exceptional customer management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of SAP product strategy and functional areas
- Exposure to SAP Integrations with B2B/EDI/IDOC, Concur, Ariba, BTP, Success Factors
- Experience with multi-tier / hybrid-cloud system development
- Knowledge of specific industries and their unique SAP requirements
- Experience with SAP’s Activate Methodology
- Experience interacting with Senior and Executive Leadership
- Knowledge of the agile development process
Aufgaben
- Drive sales of transformational SAP services
- Develop strategic sales plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships
- Expand the SAP portfolio across the region
- Plan and deliver customer journeys from ECC to SAP’s S/4HANA RISE offerings
- Serve as the primary contact for key customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer challenges
- Develop innovative SAP solutions based on customer needs
- Manage RFP, RFI, and proposal solutioning and writing
- Oversee financial planning of customer proposals
- Ensure profitable delivery of SAP services
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Ensure successful service delivery of SAP service signings
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and consulting delivery managers
