- Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law
- Familiarity with metal industry collective agreement is a plus
Aufgaben
- Provide strategic HR consulting to senior leadership
- Support senior leaders with coaching and HR lifecycle guidance
- Drive organizational development and change initiatives
- Conduct organizational design workshops and transformation projects
- Lead talent management processes including succession planning
- Support career development and capability-building measures
- Oversee FTE planning and KPI-based performance steering
- Collaborate with Finance on HR controlling activities
- Contribute to global HR projects like engagement surveys
- Ensure effective cooperation with the works council
