- Extensive experience in Sales, After-Sales, Service, or Training environments
- Strong technical understanding
- Ability to translate business needs into operational excellence in onsite training delivery
- Proven success in global and matrix organizations
- International experience and cross regional stakeholder management
- Ability to drive alignment and execution in complex, fast-paced environments
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Other languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Own operational performance and scalability of global training centers
- Ensure excellence in execution, quality, and efficiency
- Act as operational counterpart to Global Training Strategy & Digital Enablement
- Ensure disciplined execution of global training strategy
- Inspire and lead EMEA training organization
- Develop culture of performance, accountability, and continuous growth
- Provide functional leadership to training centers in APCA, LATAM, NAM, and MARINE
- Drive consistent execution and performance management
- Facilitate best-practice transfer at scale
- Shape future of training network by driving business cases
- Manage capacity growth and operational excellence initiatives
- Ensure continuous improvement, safety, and quality
- Standardize processes, facilities, and equipment management
