- Align strategy with Corporate Communications, brand, and Reach Higher 2030+
- Define tone of voice, governance, standards, and processes
- Steer global editorial and topic planning
- Ensure clear narratives and messaging consistency
- Simplify communication for strategic relevance and impactful storytelling
- Coordinate global internal communication ecosystem
- Manage intranet and collaboration platforms
- Ensure well-orchestrated push-and-pull communication model
- Lead internal communication for major initiatives, change, and crisis situations
- Empower leaders as communicators with guidance, tools, and formats
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications and HR
- Act as strategic partner to Management, HR, and regional hubs
- Lead and develop global internal communication team
- Foster culture of performance, accountability, and innovation
