Global Education & Training Pillar Programme Manager - Mondi Management System(m/w/x)
Global management system education and learning pillar ownership. Developing standards, tools, and qualification criteria for integrated manufacturing frameworks required. International multi-plant collaboration, 4-day work week.
Anforderungen
- Proven track record designing, implementing, improving Education & Training frameworks, work processes with IWS or comparable integrated manufacturing
- Ability to build system assessing and prioritizing skills for tangible business needs
- Strong background in manufacturing, operations excellence, or continuous improvement environments
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering training and capability-building programmes in operational settings
- Experience working across multiple plants or sites internationally
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills; credible with shop-floor teams and senior leaders
- Process oriented mindset designing, piloting, implementing Education & Training processes across organization
- Structured, organised, delivery-focused with strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in evolving environments and building new ways of working
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
- Hands-on and practical; comfortable spending time in plants and mills
- Influences through expertise and trust rather than hierarchy
- High level of autonomy, accountability, and resilience
- Strong belief in people development as driver of operational performance
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- German and/or other language would be an advantage
- Degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Accreditation in CI/Lean/IWS is desirable

Aufgaben
- Own global MMS Education & Learning pillar
- Develop standards, tools, training content, and qualification criteria
- Map existing training programs to best practices
- Collaborate with senior and mid-senior stakeholders for support
- Improve and document Education & Training standard work processes
- Ensure consistent training approaches across regions
- Maintain and enhance global training materials and learning pathways
- Act as single point of accountability for Education & Training in MMS governance
- Design and deliver hands-on MMS/IWS education and training
- Coach and support regional and site Education & Training leads
- Support plants and mills during MMS phase progression
- Conduct readiness reviews and assessments
- Develop and sustain internal trainer capability
- Ensure practical and relevant training on the shop floor
- Manage qualification and Step-Up Card process
- Integrate education content with other MMS/IWS pillars
- Support onboarding of new plants and mills
- Own and update Education & Training activation playbook
- Build and maintain global Education & Training network
- Establish and run governance and PDCA routines
- Identify and address gaps in training approaches
- Gather and implement site feedback
- Align Education & Training with MMS maturity and business priorities
