As a Quality Manager HSSEQ, you will play a vital role in ensuring the management system aligns with ISO standards while driving continuous improvement. Daily activities will involve auditing, documentation management, and collaborating with teams to enhance safety and quality across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Several years of professional experience in quality management
• •Valid qualification as Quality Manager
• •Additional qualifications as Environmental and/or Health & Safety Manager
• •Strong knowledge of ISO standards
• •Familiarity with MS Office and related applications
• •Understanding of company processes, organization, and values
• •Excellent organizational and communication skills
• •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• •Ensure HSSEQ management system meets ISO standards
• •Maintain quality management system integrity during changes
• •Manage and improve HSSEQ documentation
• •Support setting HSSEQ objectives and monitor performance
• •Plan and conduct internal system audits
• •Prepare for and support customer audits
• •Advise staff on HSSEQ management system and documentation
• •Participate in internal meetings and HSSEQ activities
• •Cooperate with process owners to ensure effective processes
• •Coordinate corrective, preventive, and improvement actions
• •Report HSSEQ system performance and improvement opportunities to management
