- Minimum three years' experience in forest policy, sustainability, or forest certification at international level
- Experience preferably within pulp and paper industry
- Operational expertise in forest management is advantageous
- Master’s degree in forestry from accredited university
- Good knowledge of European and international fibre-based industry
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Flexibility and mobility

- Coordinate forest and fibre sustainability activities
- Support implementation of MAP2030 goals
- Guide national forest policy experts
- Manage fibre and biomass certification
- Track certification progress
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Monitor EU and national forest policies
- Contribute to compliance coordination
- Engage stakeholders and partners
- Participate in R&D projects
- Contribute to internal reporting
- Contribute to external reporting
- Track project progress
- Represent Fibre Sourcing in working groups
