- Manage the Global Business Services credit tracking team
- Train staff on new reporting tools and processes
- Liaise with IT on data-related issues
- Oversee internal audits and external portal management
- Expand reporting tools to meet RSPO requirements
- Drive initiatives within the Centre of Excellence
- Manage relationships with cocoa and non-cocoa certification bodies
- Coordinate lobbying efforts and stakeholder communications
