Aufgaben
- Lead the global S&OP process
- Align Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Manage service, capacity, and inventory trade-offs
- Develop global supply planning strategies
- Oversee production and material planning
- Coordinate capacity balancing across manufacturing sites
- Support commercial teams with forecasting tools
- Improve forecast accuracy and bias management
- Implement advanced planning software and tools
- Standardize and automate global planning processes
- Maintain planning KPIs and digital dashboards
- Collaborate with IT on system initiatives
- Lead and develop global logistics teams
- Oversee stock counts and invoice governance
- Manage group logistics costs and reporting
- Drive cost and speed optimization initiatives
- Lead 3PL tenders and contract management
- Align logistics with supply network strategy
- Oversee global customs management and compliance
- Resolve logistics and customs escalations
- Mentor frontline leaders across multiple countries
- Cultivate a high-performance entrepreneurial culture
