- Conduct BCOS certification processes
- Support plant and regional BCOS implementation
- Build capability through structured training and coaching
- Provide BCOS toolkits
- Ensure strong leadership engagement
- Activate core BCOS principles
- Drive consistent use of loss intelligence
- Implement loss tree methodologies
- Monitor site performance
- Identify and address systemic losses
- Roll out best practices
- Promote a zero loss mindset
- Foster continuous improvement culture
- Strengthen problem-solving behaviors
- Encourage ownership and visual management
- Communicate progress and successes
- Share learnings across the organization
- Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, Engineering, HR, and Digital/IT
- Embed BCOS into core processes
- Integrate BCOS principles into new line startups
- Incorporate BCOS into capital projects
- Embed BCOS in key initiatives
- Facilitate alignment across leadership teams
