- Act as the main point of contact for Account Managers post-onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding responsibilities for enterprise and fund customers
- Execute complex post-close operations processes
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting
- Collaborate with module owners to improve workflows
- Support onboarding for fund migrations and new fund setups
- Manage entity setup and LP onboarding
- Execute capital call and reporting setup for a Fund
- Familiarize with and utilize all internal tools
- Provide initial improvement suggestions for onboarding and migration processes
