- Degree in accounting, finance, controlling, or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting/administration
- Solid knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS
- Practical experience with Invest Europe Guidelines
- High IT affinity and experience in fund-reporting software
- Analytical, detail-oriented, dynamic, and deadline-driven
- Proficiency in English; German a strong advantage
Aufgaben
- Prepare accurate investor reports with performance metrics
- Calculate NAV and carried interest
- Ensure compliance with Invest Europe guidelines
- Handle ad-hoc inquiries
- Manage annual financial statements and notes
- Coordinate closely with auditors
- Monitor quality and timelines of financial statements
- Conduct risk-oriented reviews
- Review accounting data and reconciliations
- Perform valuation checks and improve quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to standardize processes
- Drive automation of accounting processes
- Support portfolio valuations and waterfall calculations
- Review capital calls, distributions, and management fee calculations
- Communicate proactively with GPs, LPs, and internal teams
- Work with the tax team on tax-related matters
- Ensure consistency between accounting, tax ledger, and investor reporting
