- Maintain secure cloud-based documentation and internal controls
- Update finance and operations digital handbooks
- Respond to internal and external financial inquiries
- Review monthly accounts and annual statements
- Coordinate VAT and Corporate Tax filings
- Develop donor budgets and conduct variance analysis
- Support global resource-sharing projects and audits
- Source and manage vendors for essential services
- Negotiate contracts and track service-level agreements
- Coordinate protection services to strengthen duty of care
- Monitor organizational mail and ensure timely follow-up
- Advise leadership on finance and compliance improvements
- Provide input on regulatory changes and governance
- Collaborate with international colleagues across jurisdictions
- Plan financial and logistical aspects of retreats
