  • Experience in Utility Infrastructure Management preferred
  • Experience conducting customer success site visits
  • Focus on expanding services based on customer needs
  • Experience conducting live demonstrations of geospatial platforms
  • Experience conducting live demonstrations of geospatial software
  • Deep experience working with customers to meet business goals
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Business acumen

  • Other regional languages skills a big plus
  • Broad background in technical architecture desirable
  • Experience in successful start-ups strongly preferred

Aufgaben

  • Pair with Commercial Lead in EMEA
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for DACH customers
  • Demonstrate Treeline and SurfaceScout platforms to energy infrastructure operators
  • Assess customer requirements and identify technical alignment
  • Communicate customer feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Operations
  • Install and enable deployment of linear infrastructure monitoring solutions
  • Conduct end-user training and in-field validations
  • Ensure customer goals are met
  • Oversee RFP process for thorough and competitive proposals
  • Partner with sales teams to understand and support customer needs
  • Train sales team on technical aspects of company products
  • Manage multiple projects including executive overviews, discovery sessions, demos, and follow-up meetings
