- Domain expertise in geospatial
- Experience in Utility Vegetation Management preferred
- Experience in Utility Infrastructure Management preferred
- Experience conducting customer success site visits
- Focus on expanding services based on customer needs
- Experience conducting live demonstrations of geospatial platforms
- Experience conducting live demonstrations of geospatial software
- Deep experience working with customers to meet business goals
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Business acumen
- Technical acumen
- Other regional languages skills a big plus
- Broad background in technical architecture desirable
- Experience in successful start-ups strongly preferred
- Experience speaking at events
- Experience speaking at tradeshows
- Experience speaking at webinars
- Willingness to travel throughout the year

- Travel up to 50%
- Increased travel during summer and fall season
Aufgaben
- Pair with Commercial Lead in EMEA
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for DACH customers
- Demonstrate Treeline and SurfaceScout platforms to energy infrastructure operators
- Assess customer requirements and identify technical alignment
- Communicate customer feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Operations
- Install and enable deployment of linear infrastructure monitoring solutions
- Conduct end-user training and in-field validations
- Ensure customer goals are met
- Oversee RFP process for thorough and competitive proposals
- Partner with sales teams to understand and support customer needs
- Train sales team on technical aspects of company products
- Manage multiple projects including executive overviews, discovery sessions, demos, and follow-up meetings
