- Monitor delivery performance and inventory integrity KPIs
- Recruit and train warehouse and customer service staff
- Lead multi-level customer support and technical service teams
- Establish service level and customer satisfaction metrics
- Design customer escalation protocols and feedback loops
- Develop technical documentation and adapt ERP systems
- Partner with Sales to ensure cohesive customer experiences
- Manage forecasting and statistical demand analysis
