- Identify and correct system misconfigurations
- Suggest improvements to enhance technical and commercial impact
- Conduct regular system audits

- Keep audit trail in Jira with accurate reporting
- Identify and flag delivery strategy risks
- Prevent capacity breaches and cutoff misconfigurations
- Lead validation for holiday shifts and peak periods
- Provide evidence-based Go/No-Go recommendations
