Assisting online gamers via email, chat, and phone with technical issues. German C1 and English B2 writing skills required. Flexible hours, hybrid model, and training budget.
Anforderungen
- Customer support experience advantageous
- Very good PC skills (typing, tool usage)
- German writing skills: C1 or higher mandatory
- English writing skills: B2 or higher mandatory
Aufgaben
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Assist players via email, chat, and phone
- Provide high-level customer service
- Offer technical support for common issues
- Report customer issues to team leader
- Communicate with relevant internal departments
- Learn and understand company products
- Explain company policies and procedures
- Stay updated with new information and procedures
- Guide customers through all requests
- Escalate and follow up on complex issues
- Meet quality assurance, KPIs, and SLAs
- Respond to player comments on social media
- Work in a dynamic team environment
- Support customers on weekends and public holidays
- Work on a shift basis (3 shifts: 08:30-17:00, 11:00-19:30, 12:30-21:00)
