Customer Service Supervisor Inventory Management(m/w/x)
Supervising inventory operations for healthcare technology products across Northern Europe. 5+ years' experience in inventory management leadership with change management skills required. Work with ERP platforms, Power BI, and Tableau.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar
- 5+ years' experience in Controlling, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Project Management, or similar
- Experience in leading, supervising, and directing teams
- Outstanding change management skills and experience, including stakeholder management
- Experience in use of ERP platforms (SAP experience an advantage but not essential), Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Aufgaben
- Lead the CC&OO Inventory Team across Northern Europe
- Mentor and coach staff to meet performance expectations
- Ensure adherence to Customer Care processes and targets
- Execute inventory management KPIs, including inventory targets and expiry
- Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels and reduce aged inventory
- Report and monitor inventory levels and goals in the region
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory management
- Collaborate with Operating Units, Supply Chain Planning, and Customer Care teams
- Lead initiatives for Field Inventory Optimization
- Implement policies and systems to enhance inventory management
- Support inventory visibility tools and plan training for stakeholders
- Develop and implement long-term inventory strategies
- Improve consignment management and accountability in field cycle counts
- Complete special assignments and projects in the inventory area
