- Eagerness and capability to improve service and logistics processes
- Dangerous Goods handling experience/certification
- Legal authorization to work without sponsorship
Aufgaben
- Support EDC Operations for the 3PL warehouse
- Manage 3PL and Solventum SAP S4 interfaces
- Analyze 3PL and Solventum inventory discrepancies
- Resolve 3PL and Solventum inventory discrepancies
- Execute monthly SOX reporting
- Conduct internal inventory audits
- Act as a superuser for Solventum SAP S4
- Provide SAP S4 support, troubleshooting, and training
- Optimize SAP S4 functionality in the distribution center
- Promote SAP S4 user competency in the distribution center
- Support inbound and outbound distribution logistics
- Optimize inbound and outbound distribution logistics
- Manage internal and 3PL finished goods distribution
- Manage finished goods transportation
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, Intercompany, and customer service
- Align 3PL efforts with organizational goals and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and monitor 3PL inbound/outbound logistics
- Coordinate and monitor 3PL inventory accuracy
- Coordinate and monitor 3PL order fulfillment
- Ensure high standards of 3PL execution
