Customer Service Specialist DACH(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Fluency in French, German, and English
- Bachelor’s degree and/or solid customer service experience (3-5 years), ideally international commercial setting
- Proven ability to manage high-volume customer interactions (phone/email)
- Deep understanding of order-to-invoice process
- Strong drive for problem solving and first-time-right approach (OTC process)
- Confidence using digital tools and systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce/Service-Cloud) (plus, not must)
- Self-driven mindset with strong focus on results
- Business fluency in French, German, and English

- Follow up on customer inquiries and post-sales activities
- Oversee Order-to-Invoice processes
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary contact for customer interactions
- Ensure professional and seamless customer communication
- Process customer orders and inquiries following quality guidelines
- Track and trace customer deliveries
- Manage service deviations
- Process delivery and invoicing complaints
- Follow up on logistics issues
- Coordinate supply
