Aufgaben
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with medical device manufacturers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and concerns
- Onboard new customers and provide comprehensive software training
- Identify future business opportunities, including cross-sell and up-sell potential
- Define, track, and own success metrics to measure customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Travel up to twice a month to meet with customers and attend industry events
