Aufgaben
- Own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal
- Proactively identify opportunities and gaps in customer health
- Address process inefficiencies and take initiative
- Become an expert in compliance standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Advocate for the customer to drive product and process improvements
- Create onboarding flows and knowledge base articles
- Develop quick videos and internal tooling ideas
- Align with the CS Lead on strategy and process scaling
