- Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy
- Design automated journeys for landlords and tenants
- Build logic for complex user segmentations
- Monitor CRM KPIs and performance reporting
- Optimize messaging through continuous A/B testing
- Nurture new leads toward their first listing
- Reactivate inactive or churned landlords
- Align CRM flows with sales pipelines
- Improve visit-to-booking conversion rates
- Re-engage inactive users to drive repeat usage
- Collaborate with product and data teams
- Manage external freelancers and partners
