- Established network in Swiss retail, e-tail, distribution
- Strong commercial acumen
- Results-driven mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to motivate and develop sales teams
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong ownership and execution focus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- French language proficiency is an advantage

- Lead forecasting and pipeline management
- Strengthen in-store and online presence
- Collaborate on portfolio strategy and campaigns
- Lead and coach retail sales team
