Anforderungen

  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3 years in Product Management
  • Product Launch experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally within inflammatory diseases
  • Understanding of the Austrian healthcare/reimbursement environment
  • Fluency in German and English

  • Plan and implement the launch of Takeda's Pso/PsA asset and services
  • Develop and coordinate the execution of the launch plan
  • Ensure market and customer understanding
  • Identify access and reimbursement pathways
  • Engage with partners to capture insights for brand strategy
  • Develop brand value proposition and align forecasting with goals
  • Lead the planning of the commercial launch strategy
  • Coordinate teams for launch readiness after pre-launch handover
  • Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met
  • Propose and oversee sales targets and budget planning
  • Ensure cost-effective resource use and profitability
  • Collaborate with technical teams for product readiness and compliance
  • Facilitate communication between commercial and technical teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Present progress reports to senior management
  • Ensure training and support for commercial in-field colleagues
  • Lead KOL commercial engagement strategy and events
  • Apply D3MF to monitor and enhance launch processes
  • Coordinate launch readiness and remove roadblocks
  • Develop pre-launch campaigns and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with Product Development for audience needs understanding
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create integrated strategic brand plans for long-term growth
  • Use insights to strengthen product positioning and performance
  • Lead collaboration with Sales, Communications, and Operations teams
  • Partner with external agencies for creative development
  • Build relationships with key partners and KOLs
  • Develop marketing programs and integrate digital strategies
  • Anticipate market trends and identify brand opportunities
  • Implement strategic responses with customer-facing teams
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Finance for forecasts
  • Oversee OPEX and marketing budgets, tracking investments
