- •Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience
- •Demonstrated experience in product launches
- •Excellent communication and listening skills
- •Strong business acumen
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and patient outcome passion
- •Ability to build stakeholder relationships
- •Adaptable, curious, and resilient growth mindset
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Experience in Rare Diseases and relevant network

- •Expand and nurture KOL and HCP networks
- •Offer evidence-based solutions to meet customer needs
- •Collaborate with commercial, medical, and access teams
- •Map patient journeys and identify local barriers
- •Create robust account and brand plans
- •Improve rare disease diagnosis and treatment pathways
- •Launch targeted educational initiatives for HCPs
- •Develop digital and traditional brand awareness campaigns
- •Co-create projects to improve patient care delivery
- •Track KPIs and adjust launch tactics
- •Present complex clinical evidence to support prescribing
