Anforderungen
- •Technical customer service experience preferred
- •Understanding of financial theory or accounting preferred
- •Experience supporting large-scale SaaS applications
- •Configuration management tools experience advantageous
- •SQL queries and reporting tools experience advantageous
- •Sound general technical experience
- •Orientation towards systems and automation
- •Interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills
- •Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- •Self-starter with multitasking and prioritization skills
- •Highly organized and fast-paced adaptability
- •Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred
- •Enrollment in CFA, CTP or professional program advantageous

Aufgaben
- •Act as the primary support for internal and external client issues
- •Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
- •Collaborate with account managers and DevOps to solve complex issues
- •Load static data like bank accounts and entities into client databases
- •Create licenses and SQL databases for new client implementations
- •Maintain the master SQL database and balance reporting
- •Manage RSA and Symantec credentials and setup
- •Build basic client reports using the Izenda tool
- •Troubleshoot PowerShell scripts and payment extract issues
- •Configure account analysis for new implementations
- •Resolve inbound and outbound connectivity problems
- •Address Alliance Lite 2 technical issues
- •Support the solutions team during client handoffs
