IT Process Analyst(m/w/x)

As an IT Process Analyst, you will analyze and enhance operational processes, from investor onboarding to automation initiatives. This role involves mapping key workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting teams through training and change management.

Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field
- •Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within fund administration, transfer agency, fund operations or fund distribution
- •Understanding of fund products and structures (UCITS, AIFs, SICAVs and other collective investment schemes) and fund accounting principles
- •Experience in drafting epics and user stories and facilitating story mapping workshops
- •Experience working in agile environments and applying agile methodologies
- •Expertise in process mapping and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
- •Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Swagger, Tableau or other BI tools)
- •Familiarity with automation solutions such as RPA, workflow engines and BPM tools
- •Analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Fluency in English and French
- •Swiss Residency

- •Prepare training materials for change management
- •Facilitate workshops and training sessions for teams
