Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate a team of electricians and cabin installation technicians
- Manage daily workflows and maintain quality standards
- Foster collaboration with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers
- Supervise and motivate up to 18 technicians
- Assign and monitor daily work tasks
- Verify tasks meet Jet Basel’s quality standards
- Liaise with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Tier 4, Project Work Breakdown Structure, and Earned Value guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
- Enforce environmental and safety regulations
- Escalate issues and communicate with internal stakeholders
- Evaluate workloads and schedules to optimize productivity
- Conduct regular team discussions on contribution and development
- Provide recognition and feedback to team members
- Disseminate company and departmental communications
- Collect and report team feedback
