Aufgaben
- Conduct daily morning meetings to set priorities
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 technicians
- Manage daily timesheets for the team
- Estimate and plan manpower needs
- Align resources with project demands
- Oversee cabin installation and define sequences
- Monitor shops involved in modifications and maintenance
- Liaise with Engineering to resolve issues
- Participate in aircraft meetings to track progress
- Open and manage defect reports
- Order necessary parts
- Follow PR, CMM, OMM, AMM procedures
- Ensure accurate closure in SAP
- Coordinate with Certifying staff
- Monitor budget and schedule adherence
- Ensure timely and scoped project delivery
