- Minimum 2 years Aircraft Avionics Technician experience
- Technical diploma (associate degree or 3-year technical education)
- Experience with Cabin IFE/CMS and communication systems (strong advantage)
- Solid knowledge of avionics systems and aircraft maintenance documentation
- Understanding of EASA regulations, aviation authority standards, and release processes
- Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar systems, and Microsoft Office tools
- Good technical English (written/spoken) and AMM interpretation capability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Meet project deadlines consistently.
- Follow all safety rules.
- Adhere to EHS standards.

- Identify issues early.
- Report system defects.
- Submit hazard or proactive reports.
- Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and project teams.
