- Develop relationships with biotech and consumer health firms
- Present CDMO services and value propositions
- Negotiate complex development and supply agreements
- Collaborate with internal product and regulatory teams
- Execute strategic account plans with global directors
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate high-value contracts to close deals
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Identify and qualify new development opportunities
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention
- Present comprehensive network offerings and capabilities
- Craft targeted solutions for customer manufacturing needs
- Generate cross-sell opportunities across various technologies
- Provide relationship management for existing development programs
- Negotiate new development supply quotations
- Support R&D groups with structured program proposals
- Ensure compliance with reporting processes and tools
- Maintain open communication regarding cross-site customer efforts
