In this role, you will act as an in-house consulting partner, translating high-level strategies into actionable local initiatives while supporting senior management and leading a high-performing team to drive growth and operational excellence.

Anforderungen

• •University degree, advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD), or equivalent
• •At least 6-8 years of experience in consulting, in-house consulting, or project management
• •Experience in FMCG/Retail and Transformation/Change Management
• •Ability to drive strategy with a strong hands-on mindset
• •Capacity to develop concepts and turn them into practical operational initiatives
• •Experience leading change management efforts in a global business operation
