- •Launch experience and CVRM therapeutic experience plus
- •Good command of English and German
- •Strategic thinking and brand strategy execution
- •Launch excellence and product introduction track record
- •Brand planning and omnichannel planning skills
- •Strong business and financial understanding
- •Commercial awareness of market dynamics
- •Analytical rigor and audit-quality reporting skills
- •Effective influence and cross-functional stakeholder management
- •Complex project management and risk management
- •Confident budget management and resource allocation
- •Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- •Category B driving license
- •Goal-orientation, self-motivation, and strong ownership
- •Clear communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- •Resilience and high emotional/social intelligence
- •Comfort with financial and scientific information
