- •Experience managing complex projects
- •Proven brand management experience
- •Work experience in multinational pharmaceutical company
- •Experience in specialty care or hospital products
- •Experience in Insight, Market Research & brand forecasting
- •Strategic planning and thinking
- •Business and financial understanding
- •Commercial awareness
- •Excellent project management skills
- •Desirable previous oncology experience
- •Desirable experience launching new pharma products
- •Knowledge of Austrian Healthcare environment
- •Sales experience

- •Drive commercialization of assigned oncology brands in Austria
- •Develop and implement local marketing strategies
- •Execute the operational marketing mix and tactics
- •Manage existing brands and launch new products
- •Advocate for brands to internal colleagues and external customers
- •Align global strategic plans with local market insights
- •Create digital and print brand materials
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize commercial channels
- •Synthesize qualitative and quantitative market research data
- •Act as the product and competitor expert
- •Adapt brand plans to changing market environments
- •Liaise with sales teams to embed campaigns
- •Provide brand vision and leadership to the field
- •Manage the budget for assigned brands
