- Experience managing complex projects
- Proven brand management experience
- Work experience in multinational pharmaceutical company
- Experience in specialty care or hospital products
- Experience in Insight, Market Research & brand forecasting
- Strategic planning and thinking
- Business and financial understanding
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent project management skills
- Desirable previous oncology experience
- Desirable experience launching new pharma products
- Knowledge of Austrian Healthcare environment
- Sales experience
Aufgaben
- Drive commercialization of assigned oncology brands in Austria
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies
- Execute the operational marketing mix and tactics
- Manage existing brands and launch new products
- Advocate for brands to internal colleagues and external customers
- Align global strategic plans with local market insights
- Create digital and print brand materials
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize commercial channels
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative market research data
- Act as the product and competitor expert
- Adapt brand plans to changing market environments
- Liaise with sales teams to embed campaigns
- Provide brand vision and leadership to the field
- Manage the budget for assigned brands
