Aufgaben
- Develop integrated brand strategies for Switzerland and Austria
- Lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical, and Access
- Direct bottom-up resource planning for the CHAT region
- Oversee execution of brand-specific tactics in both markets
- Manage the brand P&L and allocate OpEx budgets
- Build business cases for dynamic budget adjustments
- Implement personalized omnichannel marketing and advanced analytics
- Collaborate with BI&A on market research and insights
- Lead brand performance reviews and financial projections
- Provide performance feedback for cross-functional team members
- Drive agile rituals and modular content creation
- Set brand objectives in alignment with Medical teams
- Support supply functions with accurate demand planning
- Travel between Switzerland and Austria to support objectives
