Aufgaben

  • •Plan and implement software systems with Kiwiplan
  • •Test and optimize Kiwiplan Enterprise Sales Processing (ESP-Sales)
  • •Manage quote processes including product design
  • •Oversee order management and invoice processing
  • •Transmit data to SAP for invoice processing
  • •Define and implement software interfaces
  • •Manage account master data and credit master data
  • •Create templates for document printing
  • •Support user access rights in defined areas
  • •Assist in approving user access rights
  • •Support Kiwiplan plants and train local experts
  • •Analyze and coordinate process support issues
  • •Transfer information about changes to site key-users
  • •Implement new software modules
  • •Parameterize Kiwiplan, including testing and documentation
  • •Create and maintain Kiwiplan tickets with tests and documentation
  • •Facilitate Kiwiplan roll-outs
  • •Analyze existing processes and consult on process changes
  • •Support the implementation of new software/modules
  • •Train local organizations on new systems
  • •Manage projects within the responsible area
  • •Provide application and process support
  • •Create and maintain process documentation and detailed descriptions
  • •Handle IT-Now (GSN) tickets in the service desk system
