- Ensure continuous customer engagement and satisfaction
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Promote innovative technologies and product solutions
- Prepare strategic account plans
- Manage sales forecasting through S&OP and IBP
- Conduct market and competitor analyses
- Negotiate pricing and prepare quotations
- Support regular customer business reviews
- Facilitate complex engineering projects with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate responses to logistics and quality topics
- Report monthly on sales, pipeline, and project status
